My name is Jessica, and I am the proud owner and founder of Bliss Skin Haus, formerly Beauty at Bliss. Established nearly 20 years ago in 2004, our clinic has been a proud part of the Menai community ever since. At just 19 years old, I launched my small business from a single room within a health club at Menai Central. I can still picture driving around in my little Holden Barina with its hot pink butterfly logo—it feels like a lifetime ago! Over the years, our services have evolved, inspired by my growing passion for skin health and helping clients achieve their best skin.

Fresh out of beauty college, I started by offering only waxing and tinting services. However, as my enthusiasm for the industry flourished, I developed a deep interest in skin health and treating a variety of skin conditions. In 2006, eager to grow the business and offer more advanced services, I made the bold decision to move into my very own commercial space at Menai Metro. It was an exciting yet daunting step, and I didn’t fully grasp how challenging running a shopfront on my own would be. After years of dedication, hard work, and building my client base, I finally achieved a major milestone by hiring my very first staff member.

Fast forward to 2023—after navigating a worldwide pandemic, another relocation to an even larger premises, expanding our team, and balancing kids, a marriage, stress, tears, and countless smiles—Bliss Skin Haus is thriving. Through it all, I’ve had the privilege of meeting the most incredible clients and watching the business continue to grow.
